Creating a consulting and educational platform for professionals like project managers and financial analysts
As the UX/UI Product Designer for a project at FINLIT, a company offering educational courses and consulting services in management and financial analytics for businesses of all sizes — from sole proprietorships to large corporations — I worked closely with another designer. Together, we aimed to create a compelling user experience and functional interface design.
We maintained constant communication with the client and worked closely with the development team to ensure the design met all business requirements and was technically feasible.
The brief was to create a comprehensive design solution that included:
an informative multi-page website covering all areas of the company's activities (consultations, courses, webinars, job board);
a learning platform with interfaces for students and teachers;
an admin panel for analyzing and managing applications and content.
Key task
Developing a logical structure and persuasive wireframes to demonstrate the FINLIT platform concept to potential investors.
Challenge
Designing the information architecture of the pages (structure, content, etc.) so that all aspects of FINLIT's activities are presented in a comprehensive and systematised way without overloading or hindering the user's perception.

Design process
The development process started with open conversations with our client, aimed at really understanding the wants and needs of the future users of our online platform. We then analysed existing solutions on the market, drawing inspiration from various related fields. We analysed the prioritisation of a variety of ideas and started to gradually implement them.
We used the Design Thinking methodology, in particular we applied the 5Wh principle in the Define phase.
At the moment we have ready the sitemap and hi-fidelity wireframes of the informational website, learning platform (student mode and teacher mode) and admin panel.
